- Put seafood in plenty of salty water boiling.
- Salt ratio should be 30 grams per liter of water (a level spoonful of salt equals to some 15 grams).
- Boiling time should be measured since water starts boiling again, after seafood is put in it.
- Spider crab, Brown Crab, and Velvet Crab should be put in cold water when alive.
